I see a man and a women dancing as well, in the very center.

The long vertical piece is his left leg/the shadow covered part of her dress. The piece to the left of that is his other foot and the white pieces in between are the woman’s legs.

If that was the “hidden meaning” then I found it as soon as I looked at it.

No there is a panda.
This image you see today is created by Rupert Sheldrake, and was part of a TV experiment in 1983 with 2 million BBC viewers. Sheldrake wanted to test his theory of morphogenetic fields, and from this theory, the knowledge of other people can influence your own. In other words, if many people know what this picture is, you would also recognize it easier. The best part is that the results were surprising…
