    Some 17 MLAs of Congress party supporting Jagan have voted against Government recently in Andhra Pradesh.  So Congress party decided to disqualify these MLAs.  And it seems there will be by elections for nearly 25 MLA seats,.  Can you say that Jagan will win most of the seats in the by elections if they are held?
