Most women hold onto beauty products and don't let go. If you look in any woman's makeup bag, chances are you will find makeup that should have been thrown out months ago. Sometimes it is held onto because the
product isn't finished yet or simply because it isn't remembered when it was bought in the first place.

The best way to remember when the beauty products were bought is to take a permanent marker and mark the date directly on the packaging of the product.

If you see any signs of irritation whether it is on your skin or your eyes, throw out the beauty product or products that you used over or on that surface. The last thing you want to do is spread the irritation or infection or make it worse. If you've had an infection or irritation, even if it's not caused by the beauty products, do not continue to use the products you used on that area. The products can be contaminated and all you're doing is re-applying it.

If any beauty product looks funny or smells funny, throw it out.

Some simple advice if you are makeup shopping is to never, ever try on the cosmetics that are out for sample use on makeup counters. I've actually seen women put their fingers in the sample and apply it to their skin. Most counters have disposable applicators, but people "double dip" or apply the makeup to their skin, put the applicator back into the sample makeup product and then put it back on their face. Germs were now just transferred to that sample makeup. Unless the makeup counter is giving out individual samples, don't bother.

This is very apt suggestion. outdated Beauty aids are as harmful as expired medicines. It is better not to use make up rather than using outdated products.

that's very true if the products bought are that expensive.......

Any products which has crossed its expiry date must not be used.But do all the products has the true date embossed in it?.How to believe it? :( :(

yes its very dangerous to use dated Beauty Products.Even fresh products can sometime Cause Infection..
