Mix half cup of gram flour with 2 tsp turmeric powder and 2 tsp sandalwood powder. Add 1 tsp almond oil and a little amount of water, to form a thick paste. Apply the paste on your face and leave it undisturbed for 10 minutes. Remove the mask by rubbing it off with fingers. Rinse your face with water.

Oatmeal Face Mask
One of the cheapest natural facial masks is made by using oatmeal. Grind oatmeal to make a fine powder. Mix 2 tsp of finely powdered oatmeal with water, to form a thick paste. Apply it on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse your face thoroughly, with water, or wipe off the mask with a damp sponge.

Cucumber Face Mask
One of the popular methods to get a soft and smooth skin is the use of cucumber face mask. Mash a cucumber and strain its water. Add 1 tbsp sugar to it. Blend the mixture well and refrigerate it. Apply the cucumber-water, mixed with sugar, on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Rub off the mask and wipe your face with a damp sponge.

Strawberry Face Mask

Whole Wheat Flour Face Mask
Take one cup of boiling water and add 5 tsp fresh rose petals and peels from 2 oranges. Let the rose water cool down. In a separate pan, heat 5 tsp milk, with 2 tsp honey and 4 tbsp whole wheat flour, to form a thick paste. Allow it to cool. Apply the paste on your face and leave it to dry completely. Wash off the dried mask with rose water made earlier.

Almond Face Mask
Mix 1 tbsp of finely ground almond and 1 tbsp honey. Add 1 egg white to the mixture and blend it well. This will form a paste. Apply the paste on your face and allow it to set for 15 minutes. Wipe off the mask with a damp sponge or rinse it off with water.

    * To this paste, add 1 tbsp of natural honey. Honey is a known natural remedy for many types of ailments and helps reduce inflammation, swelling and also eliminates germs.
    * You can even add 1 tbsp of olive oil to this mixture. Olive oil is a beneficial skin care product, as it helps nourish and cleanse the skin, leaving it supple and glowing.
    * People who have oily skin can squeeze a few drops of fresh lemon juice into the face mask mixture, as it is a natural astringent that helps clean greasy skin. The quantity of lemon juice depends on your skin type. If your skin dries easily, add only 8 to 10 drops. If your skin is considerably oily, add around 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
    * To make a smooth paste, mix enough mineral water to the mask. Add water carefully, lest your face mask becomes runny. If the mixture is consistent enough, it is not necessary to include water.
