amend law to bring black money from abroad

There is massive black money in Swiss banks and tax havens. The Govt. is facing legal hurdles to unearth and bring back the money to India. Baba Ram Deo has made persistent appeal to bring this in mainstream. Now Chandra Babu Naidu also voced favoring amending law to Bring money back home.
