I have stumbled on this pure gem of a quote by Bernard Shaw which I expand fully withing quotes:

" The secret of being miserable is to have th leisure to bother about whether you are happy or not. The cure is occupation." What is your take? Let me know, please!

Happiness is a state of mind. An idleman's brain is devil's workshop, where the notion of happiness and unhappiness are generated. Truly, a busy person is in state of happinessas he has no idle mind to bother about his state. This quote is superb.
