My opinion is we should get free time and the topic should attract everyone ........
In a group discussion, it is necessary to have good information on the topic, clear views and clarity of expression

factor can be improvement in todays studies, interest in work. job timing. rights and duties of indians. many things are there which will make the grup discussion very interesting. it must be such topic which is related to all. issue which effects each and every one

yeah group discussions encourage the personality of a person as he tends to ask and give answers to the level he knows about .
Your way of answering or discussing the facts and figures including topic of discussion, making others feel comfortable with your answer to the point and correctly and the way of deal with topics are some of the factor which lead to successful group discussions.
Hi Ajay, to be successful in any GD, you need to have enough information, good grasp AND knowledge about the topic and you should be able to present it in your own words, adding your own inputs to it if you can. But the important part is that it should presented in your own words and not repeated verbatim from other sources.
