    Licence should be issued bearing entry date and validity date which should expire within the given timeline.Target should be assigned to put pressure on the owners to sell it before licence's expiry.

    Obviously the government has to invoke all the powers under anti-hoarding legislations to curb this!

    The government should check those godowns where the illegal food storage is done. before comming to inspection they should not inform the godown owners, they should visit as a swad visit exam centre
