I am retired now. During service, i would go to office and participate in Independence day function and flag hoisting. Now I just go to Police lines and watch parade.

In the morning I will join the flag hoisting ceremony in the my housing colony and then will make my way to the office and spend the day with my colleagues...

I watch certain patriotic movies on the television and try to imagine the situations which were there at the time of freedom fights\riots..
I always condemn the partition of India and Pakistan..
And how can we miss the lecture of the prime minister at LAL QUILA.,!!

15th august goes like a any other day to me except that i fly kites in the evening.
