These are obviously racial differences. Even in India, North, south, East and North faces differ. Ant two individuals are not alike. This is because humans are not factory products. They are natural and so differ.

Santosh, the reason for difference in the looks of people all around the globe are mainly due to evolutionary factors which were majorly affected by the climatic conditions. eg. In African countries, the climate is very very hot with very low-to-none rainfall in major parts of the continent. This meant more struggle for procuring food and more exposure to the sun rays while doing so, so the skin became dark with heavy pigmentation to battle harsh effects of sunrays, hair became more curlier with tightly coiled tresses to keep the skin cool etc. Exactly opposite was the conditions in Europe, and so on and so forth on Asian continents. therefore the different ethnic races have different skin colors and facial characteristics.

We have reason for what we do consciously. But what occurs according to natural process just occurs and there is no reason. In fact, Science only observes the natural process and makes use of this for inventing useful instruments. We only observe that matter expands with heat. But there is no reason why this happens.

Santosh, remember that the process of evolution has been a long one, it happened over thousands of years, it did not happen just overnight. The way we all appear today is the result of something that started millions of years ago. So for a foreigner settled in India, his offspring that will look like Indians will have to go through at least a few generation and that too if they keep marrying young men and women FROM India and not from their native country.
