    Yes. Lok Pal is for center. Lok Ayukta is for state.

    If anna Hazare has specific grievances and has information about corruption, ha can better make complaints to authorities or file public interest litigation. Lok ayukta will also be just an IAS officer even if he is declared independent. Lok ayukta is only a complaint redress mechanism and nothing more.

    anna says that he will not enter politics. Now, he has come in true colors. He intends to ask people to vote for congress thereby showing his RSS face.

    The Lok pal Bill is in process and making this an election issue in state elections is not understandable. Indeed strange are the ways of anna.
