I think morality should be tought first from childhood.It helps to build up a good career.Man without morality has no value.It should be a part of education,but unfortunately it is absent in present day's syllabus.

First of all, they should be taught what is good and what is bad, Where they face challenges, the advantage of choosing right career with e.g. etc
Finally you should motivate the person.
Teenagers always need help and guidance but indirectly and intelligently. That should be done.

First, we have to be clear about right attitude to career. Everyone has certain aptitude suitable for a particular job. One can succeed and rise to the top in a job suitable to his aptitude and interest. Hence, the focus should be on right job according to actual interest and natural aptitude rather than money consideration. Nevertheless, it is true that one can also earn more money ultimately in a job suitable to his inherent abilitry.
