Sit on the ground and stretch your legs forward and bend your self forward and try to touch your toes of your feet without bending your knees and try to touch your knees with your head.
If you follow this exercise with in a month your hair fall gets controlled and hair will grow.
By doing this exercise the blood circulation inside the head will be good and all the pore will open and you will have relax and hair will grow and stop falling.

This exercise also implemented by me so i got a good result so suggesting you guys

For asthama it is better to use inhaler and consult doctor sasikanth. because it is very sensitive problem

Sarala this is good advice. Exercise can cure many disease and disorders prevailing in human body. Adhere to this, I just want to give a small tip which can increase blood circulation in head. Friends, if you brush your hairs little hard, it will open all pores in head, blood circulaion will increase and hairs will grow at a faster rate.
Sarala this is really helpful tip and yes exercise is a must for healthy living and fit body.
