It becomes difficult to make it a habit....but keep continuing....one day you will realize it that it has become your habit.....it took me around 6 months to get in this routine....but now i wake up at around 6 a.m every morning....do yoga, mediation and a brisk walk for an hour and then continue with my daily routine...

I feel active more than ever.....

Before I used to do yoga meditation and exercises and used to take alot of care. then there are good effects of these. especially meditation showed alot of good results. If gives us positive energy

Slow and Steady Wins the Race.

I walk daily atleast 3-4 KM and then do some yoga. This helps me a lot to be fit mentally and physically.

I am regularly Doing yoga and exercise In My Spare time it give me a Lots Of strength.
For me just one one of them is good. I do exercise regularly , not as much as used to day in my earlier days a player but enough to keep me fit and in shape.
