    I vote for Abdul Kalam. He is really one among the great personalities, India had till now, since India got independence. He has great views and dreams about our country and his words are really inspiring. He dreams for a culturally civilized and developed India. He strongly believes we people can fulfill it.

    Even I vote for Dr. APJ Abul Kalam.......As a president of the country, he was the one who inspired the youth towards the development of the country....He was actively involved with the people.....

    Dr. S. Radha Krishnan was the best President. He served two terms. He was also vice President before election as President. He was a great philosopher. We observe Teachers' Day in his memory.

    Dr Radhakrishnan too was a great president and he was the one who commanded respect all over the world for his erudition!

    Of course, Dr. Radhakrishnan and Dr. Abdul Kalam were really great. We are no one to compare both of them and find who is the best.We, Indians are proud for both of them.

    Do you know who was the President of India, who first used Ballet paper for voting? It was K.R.Narayan. He was from a dalit family. Yet, he reached high positions only due to his hard work and simplicity.

    I too agree with Dr A P J as there was some feeling that the right president ruled the Nation

    I donot know about other presidents, it looks like they just come and vanish into thin air!

    Dr Kalam was very much a worthy successor of some of a very distinguished line of presidents like Dr. Rajendra Prasad,Dr.Radhakrishnan and Dr. Jakir Hussein!
