    Most of the people run behind success.But without having knowledge and achieving success is meaning less. So I feel , success should run towards us.IF we have knowledge then success will run towards us.

    Success is achievement of your objective. Thus this is a relative term. Thus if you aim at just passing an exam, mere pass is your success. But if you aim to stand first, even coming second is failure.

    Success thus consists of (1) setting an objective or aim (2) plan and preparation to attain the objective )3) implementation of the plan.

    An objective should be realistic and attainable according to your potential, aptitude or interest. Then you should plan carefully and last, work wholeheartedly for implementing the plan. The objective can be in stages: first set a small goal, achieve this, then another goal and achieve this. This is sure way to success. You may not reach Everest in one step. This is to be in thousands of steps.

    Success is that strange feeling one gets when
    1. His/her family has not depend on others for their daily living
    2. Peace of mind and happiness in life, both in family and working environment
    3. Person's most intense ambition/dream comes true
    4. Health of the person and his family
    5. At least one sincere friend earned
    6. Done something worth in his life

    I think when one person gets all these, nothing more is needed in his life.
