I don't think so.. One of my cousin staying in the US.. I have meet him first time one year ago.. but we were chatting with each other many times from many years.. And when we meet first time, it wasn't feeling new atall.

In friendship,if you remain away for long time,it may possible that when you meet after many years,the relationship may get active.
But in Husband and wife's relation,i don't think so,this is possible.
