I agree. happiness is very important. Unless you enjoy life, the healthy and long life converts you to an efficient and dull machine. A dull long life is not worth living. There needs be moderation. One should eat more healthy food but may also take some wine and spicy food. He may work more but also take some rest and entertain.

Good food need not always be costly. There is something for each pocket. Grounc nuts have not less nourishment than almonds.

1. Eat 2/3 of food needed by stomach. Even if it asks more, give it water instead of more food :laugh:
2. Avoid oil and sweet as much as possible. (Even if I say so always, I love them most :laugh: )
3. 8 hours sound sleep
4. Bath twice a day :P :P
5. Do regular exercise
6. Run away from tensions.
7. Keep yourself always engaged in some thing :woohoo:

Your suggestion to avoid oil and sweets is fine. actually the harmful things are more enjoyable. As I suggested above, we should take such enjoyable things a little bit and the useful but dull things more.

Ya. We can make lemon juice with less expense at home. But most people prefer its package drink, added with preservative. I think, nimooza...or something like that.
In the similar way, we can prepare all juices at home, by adding a little sugar. Of course. But we often opt for caned and useless ones.

Many things that can be easily made at home are now available in instant packets. Though packet chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper, garlic-ginger paste can be made at home, many house wives prefer to buy packets, even if they costs more and tastes less than the original one.

Nice tips share here but the tips on oil and sweet is very important.We must escape from Oil.It contain lots of fat and it may deposited on your stomach and you look fat.If you make a habit of taking sweet then you will become victim of various diseases like Diabetics.
