    Actually I published articles in 6 different sites with my ref. link and manage to bring many of them here but most of them bypassed my link and are direct members. But that is okay. I will write more. They all count.

    A good manager should be a good leader,should know how to deal with his subordinates,should be clear about targets and goals of the organistation and should have clear cut startegy how to meet those tragets and goals by the involvement of the subordinates and colleuges. :)
