    I am not sure, I have never seen any one gaining weight through medicines. They can gain weight by proper guidance by a diet plan and with proper exercises.

    Certain weight gain medicines can have a positive effect on body otherwise most of it are hazardous.

    Weight gained through use of medicines would be back to normal after the use of the same would be stopped.
