AKP there is lot of difference between roti and chapathi as stated by others, so time we may stuff leafy vegetable inside chapathi too.
I normally take rice with dal and veggies, roti and other fast foods ( no specific time for it)

Actually there is not much difference as in southern states Chapati is used for parantha therefore the the confusion. Paranthas are stuffed with different vegan things and are fried in oil/ghee etc. But roti and chapati are cooked on fire directly after making them a little pre-cooked on an iron pan.

I prefer to eat chapati.I like rice, but when chapati is prepared then in like to chapati.I like to have any vegetable with chapati.
Sometimes special varites are made and i never give up to jump on those special cuisines which are made by my mother.

Usually,i like in hostel,so,there,we get different varities,so it has become a habit to eat different every time.

Maida is mixed with the wheat flour to make it softer. :)
Those who live in south might don't know that Roti and Chapati are same,as they usually don't eat roti.

Something which is made from Maida is Bhature, which is ate with Chole.
