Do you trust your maid
in General Discussions
Actually most people who have maid servants have to trust them as there is no alternative. But I keep an strict eye on them while it comes to trusting them fully. How do you think?

    Not fully.. We also keep eyes on them during working... We have bitter experience in past.

    Most of them try to take away small things and eatables. Some of them even mistreat children also.

    You need trust all those who work for you. But the trust should not be unlimited. The cash and precious items should not be left open. It is no use first over trusting and later blaming.

    Yes.. In past one servant had takes many things from our home...not only that, he took a gold chain also. But fortunately we got it from his house.. ( his wife was wearing it!!!)

    My mother and wife are strict :) and they don't trust maides as they know they can do anything. :woohoo:

    Getting good maids is really luck. Yet, we have to keep an eye on them and never leave our precious things in careless manner

    But there is exceptions too. :) We had a maid which worked at our home for around 20 years and she was so faithful that even we used to go out of home leaving her in our home as a watchman sometimes. :) She left the job few years back and we have not found any maid on whom we can trust since then. :)
