coconut recipes

Friends there are alot of coconuts in my home. dont know what to do with them. with in 2 days they get fungus. As they are offered one of god. We cannot leave them fungus.
So can any one suggest me few recipes for made of coconut.I even searched in google but i didnt find any proper one which i can make in my home

so please help me

Are their husks removed Sarala?
If so, place them with eyes pointing upwards. If so, it will remain so, more than 1 month.
If it's 1 or 2, you can scrap them and place it in fridge in different containers. It can remain for 5 days or so.

If they are broken into two, you can immerse them in water.

PResent I have 2 coconuts that means 4 pieces.I placed them in freeze. Every time i mean every week coconuts are getting wasted. I feel bad when throwng them into dust bin as they are offered one of god.

I think it will stay fresh....I usually place the remained coconut in normal trays, not freezer. You know, Kerala people can't avoid it.
How much coconut is needed for your dish everyday?

You can make coconut milk out of it to make many dishes....Check my recipes
