    I think when you type few words to search your article in the site, keywords helps you to search that article easily. Tag line is extension of title of the article.

    For knowing about the keywords,first try to think you are the person who is searching for the information then what you will try in the search box that is keyword. if you want more keyword suggestion mannually then suppose your are writing a fashion. Think if you are the visitor who is searching for fashion, then you may type "latest fashion trend " in google search box. So now while writing you content about fashion you need to insert the keyword " latest fashion trend". I hope it is clear for you. If you can ask again
