Yes,festivals do bring our family close and we try to celebrate our festivals more happily. Actually God has made those festivals to enjoy with friends and family.Its good. I too love festivals.

Very true sunil, diyas have been replaced by garish electric bulbs and bhajans and family prayers by loud speakers and it is all about how much one spends on festivities, even going to the extent of taking a loan..
