What is the difference between Right and Correct?

I don't see much of a difference in their respective meanings. And the only difference that strikes me is the fact that the word 'right' as a part of speech has more than one form.It may be noun,adjective,adverb as well as a verb but it can not be said in the case the word 'incorrect'. To my mind 'right' covers a wider gamut than 'incorrect'!

Doing things right , following correct procedure - there is not much difference in the meaning, just that the usage is different in different sentences and situations..
