Ya i think china is also a country on which we are not going to believe.
In the case of Pakistan,it is quite a dicey affair as this rogue nation has betrayed our trust many times in the past and now actively busy with China in building an unholy nexus for India!
Ya that's why i give the name of china because some year ago there is a collision between india and china.

in other words you say situation of war between both countries.
We should be diplomatic and collect all relevant information about these countries. Our intelligence agencies especially RAW are meant for feedback on foreign countries activities. Instead of trusting neighbors, we should make our intelligence agencies more efficient and trustworthy and our armed forces should be equipped to face any contingency.

Some times over trust turns in to some thing undesired and the end result has gone against our country in most cases. They have done nothing to honor our trust.
