Is killing of innocent by Terrorist different than hanging Terrorist by JUDGE ?

    What you do by law differs from what you do otherwise. If you fight in street, you are rogue and may be arrested for nuisance. But if you are member of armed forces and fight enemy, you are perfectly doing your job. A terrorist has no authority to kill any one, innocent or otherwise. Needless to say, a judge pronounces his sentence according to lawful authority under conviction of guilt of the accused.

    However, I fail to understand why this thread is created. The difference between terrorist and judge is so obvious that this needs hardly any discussion.

    The discussion in that thread was valid one. Here author of the thread is asking the difference between a judge and terrorist- hanging to death on court order and killing by terrorist. This discussion is very bizarre.

    Both the points have no comparison. You yourself have mentioned that terrorist kill innocent people then what makes you to compare a judge's order of giving him a life penalty? Do you mean the terrorist are innocent?

    No both the things are different we all work hard to survive terrorists they should be given death penality so that people may think before geting in to the terrorist groups. :evil:

    Actually I did not get you fully well but after reading GulshanG, I think I must say that killing by a terrorist and a death penalty by a judge is altogether different. This question is not at all relevant.

    I understand that all will agree that there can be no comparison between a judge pronouncing death sentence in court of law on one hand and a terrorist killing innocent people in street. Such topic is not worth discussion.
