    The only option anil is to sprinkle some disinfectant and also burn dry twigs and leaves if you have, it is effective since they cannot stand smoke...

    Mix turmeric powder with water and spray it in your room. house flies won't come.

    We have to see how house flies are attracted to your place. These get attracted to unclean places and leftovers of eatables especially sweet, sugar. Just observing cleanliness and properly disposing garbage will help.
