    He is either clearly an insane person or he is just to chauvinistic to make such a callous remark! I really wish that he be made to pay for such insensitive and cruel remark!

    Now there is another innovative research by West Bengal C.M. She says that rapes are because boys and girls interact more. In the past, even if a boy was found talking to a girl or hold hands of each other, parents would object. Now nobody bothers. So her solution is apparently that there should be no or minimum interaction between boys and girls. .
