Infosys has introduced an HR initiative which is known as IRACE (Infosys Role and Career Enhancement) and an exercise in mapping of employees on the basis of positions,experience and skill levels.A section of the employees is highly moralized as they have been demoted.Infosys once enjoyed a very solid reputation of being one of the most employee-friendly companies.What are your views?

This particular HR initiative has not gone down well with the employees down the line,some are reported to be very upset and feeling highly demoralised.
