:silly: :silly: :silly: Married people are less prone to heart attacks than singletons and more likely to recover if stricken, says a Finnish study.
Researches collected data on 15,330 people in Finland between ages of 35 and 99 yrs, who suffered "acute coronary events" between 1993 and 2002. they found that single men in all age groups were 56-66% more likely to suffer heart attack than married men

I think because people shares their grieves and happiness with his/her spouse freely. And have a status in the society.By this way they feel security also.
Yes, that's true, have heard about it before, marriage is good for heart

The statistical research is no better than astrological prediction. What affect health is social and physical activities. A single man active in profession, business and social circle will be better in this respect than a married man tortured by his spouse.

I agree with @Gulshan and think that to share our problems friends are better than spouse. The reason for heart problems depend on our habits not martial status.
