True words Karuna! :)

As all of have different minds to percieve things so its not good to compare ourself with another person. No two persons can do a thing in similar way always there would be difference in their styles. Also expecting something from someone is not good as it hurts when whatever we hoped from a person is not fulfilled.
We should never compare us with others and never expect from others.
Comparing and expectation both are needed for doing anything worthwhile in life. What you need avoid is jealousy and foul play. You need to compare your performance against some yardstick or preset goal. You also need fix objective. Lrt me give an example from Boddunan itself. You have 'expectation' for 1000 points minimum for revenue sharing and getting 'among first ten' for weekly award.

Avoiding comparing and expectation is okay for 'running from life' and not 'winning life'. The suggestion is for 'losers' and not 'winners'.

Everyone is unique in their own right. A winner believes in giving his best. . He never believes in expectations and predictions.
There should not be any expectation in life. If the expectation is satisfied then you will just be frustrated. Instead just do your job without any expectations. If it turns out to be positive you will be happy. Even otherwise you will not be frustrated.

Geeta says a job done without expectations is as good as A job well done.

'Giving the best' implies fixing some target which one 'expects' to achieve. This is expectation. Later he has to 'compare' actual performance against what he 'expected'.

All work systems, employee performance appraisal etc are based on 'expectation' and 'comparison.' Let us be realistic. Without tools of 'comparison' and 'expectation or goals', you stand nowhere.
