Obviously yes. There is no point in doing the same mistakes time and again but expecting a different outcome.
Yes true and many times we have to pay some compensation also but finally it helps to get success in future.

Well i think you need to make mistake to correct it... and even you can correct mistake of someone else also rather than making your own... so until you won't fail you won't succeed and thats my logic....

First of all the person should know that what he has committed is a mistake. Only then he can correct the mistake. But most of the people do not agree that they committed a mistake..
And that is the essence of rising.. Realizing to make mistake..

I agree. Making mistakes can never be step to success. Success needs right steps and correction of wrong ones.
