Majority of the time people tend to skip breakfast and they have chappathi as dinner. Skipping breakfast is the blunder which people do often.
Nice tips. Yes many of us skip morning breakfast which is not good for heath. Its not good for our body to keep it deprived of food for almost 10 ~ 11 hours continuously. Moreover one should have a check on his/her diet and should try not to take junk food. :)

A good nutritious breakfact is a must, it takes care of most of our needs ...One can have lighter smaller meals through the day which is enough to sustain oneself ...

Only eating habits are not responsible for over weight. Our life style is also cause of over weight. In these day we like to spend maximum time is one posture that siting. Lack of physical work is main cause of over weight.

Things depend upon your life style. The idea is not to to keep the stomach empty for more than 5 hours. If the gap exceeds, the digestive juices will damage the walls of the stomach.
