I eat a banana every day. I never experienced running nose or cold.
I love fruits and can go on eating any amount of them.Now during summer fruits are available in plenty, water melons, mangoes of course and oranges and pineapples all so tasty and keeps you cool..

I like every fruit but it is very hard to eat fruit daily. Fruits are costly.

I have to agree with you. Fruits are costly here too. But what we do is, we avoid all the other expenses and spend on fruits instead. These days grapes and sweet oranges are common in our house.


It may be cheaper in your are here it is 60 to 80 Rs. per kg.
