I feel that it is irresponsible reporting by news channel that is more shameful than the actual incident. Independence day was celebrated in the entire nation and world. It is really disgusting that media selected such stray incident for reporting.

Such news items are their bread and butter so you should not expect any better from them, besides our political personalities are no lesser responsible if they behave indecently in pubic functions.

In a large country like this, you cannot rule out some bad events in some city, village or locality. To select only such events and give undue publicity is really a matter of gross irresponsibility.

This events is associated with independence day and national flag. Is it not offend of national flag?

Indeed its a shame, but its good media has highlighted how the scums are at top level of administration , doesn't even knoe how to respect their flag.. And i am sure , they'll feel shameful after watching that news..

And why should media hide such shameful act from public. They should know what their elected representatives are worth. In fact such people needs to shown the nearest police station immediately. What a joke, media is meant to show happenings, bad and good to public, it is their duty, they are not Chamachas of political parties.

In fact we need to be happy that media iss doing a great job of highlighting all the corrupt and arrogant practices of politicians in our country without which , they would have had a free hand in looting the country. Now there is at least some check and balance and accountability. They cannot report only what is good like it was done during Indira Gandhi's tenure...

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

I have not said how they will feel. I just say that such stray incident involving petty politicians or bureaucrats need not be blown out of proportion and be given undue publicity.

That's right, after a certain limit the news lose its importance. A hint works better than a whole lecture.
