Nehru has no doubt been the architect having divided the county , created the Kshmir problem with his short sightedness and after failing in his foreign policies invited the 1962 war with China...India has been in the process of recovering from his wrong doings and his family members after that and hopefully we will see a fast paced growth now onwards...

There are many undoings by the past government. Latest being the Bifurcation of AP, just before the end of the tenure. Both Telangana and AP governments are dissatisfied, and their enmity is growing by day.

This is the kind of misguided policies that become the undoings of a party and UPA has suffered becuse of such self centered policies where peoples concern were the last priority for them ! There was no debate nor any knid of activity where peoples opinion was taken into account, they thought they would get the support of a party and they went ahead ...

UPA has paid dearly for its foolishness. It could nether win In Telangana nor in AP. They thought it's a smart move. It backfired.[/quote
The demand for Telengana was a very old demand and would have to be conceded sooner or later as BJP was also committed to it. The manner and timing can be questioned but the state of AP was heading for a division was certain. Sooner or later Gorkhaland will also be separated from W. Bengal. If sections of people want it, it can be delayed but not denied.

The demand for united state was much older. There was no Telangana in history books. The demand of a few unemployed turn coat politicians has no value.

Telengana is a reality now. UP is also a very big state which as per many experts needs to be split into at least four states. As time passes some political party will lead the movement and in course of time it will happen. Either existing states are split due to better administrative reasons or different sections do not want to live together in it.[/quote

UP is not AP. It was ably admnisterd by Telugu Desam and other parties without bifurcation earlier.

It seems both national level parties BJP and Congress have misread the situation and bifurcated AP .[/quote

Whosoever it may be, AP bifurcation is uncalled for.
I hope Andhra division will be a lesson for all political parties and they will think twice before undertaking such misadventures. However , it may be wiser to divide very large states like Uttar Pradesh , Rajasthan and Madya Pradesh...No doubt AP too was the fourth largest state of India !

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

But AP never faced any problems due to its largeness. The motive behind division is "Gaining Political Mileage" . Bifurcation brought new problems which were not there before bifurcation. Even Telangana, that could get what it wanted, is not happy.
bifurcation on the basis of linguistics is not right, only for political mileage UPA had done, but intelligent voters knocked them out. This is the sign of India becoming a super power as people are becoming highly ambitious.

People are closely watching the politicians' activities and movements.because of the vast reach of media, even the remote rural voter also able to know the activities of the politicians. That's why, we are able to see the amazing discretionary abilities of the voter in the recently concluded general elections. But, still a lot has to be done.
