We know that some medical policies and many medical practices in India are deeply flawed. We have heard of 'widespread examples of irrational drug prescribing, kickbacks for referrals, and unnecessary investigations and surgical procedures.'

I have seen this stuffs too. I am not talking about everyone. But yeah for money some of them goes for unnecessary stuffs and check ups. Even they know the original problem they just keep checking extra stuffs. Again I am saying I am not talking about everyone.

It is true that there are some doctors in our society who earn money by doing malpractices. It seems they are trying to recover the huge amount they have spent for their education. They are insults to our society and to this noble profession.

Some doctors are involving in malpractices to earn quick money and didn't care about the patients health condition. I know a Doctor who is working in Government hospital and he is bringing all the patients coming to the GH to his personal clinic and he never solved the patients issue with medicine. He always try to make operation for all the patience. I don't know why people are not going for second opinion.

What if the patient goes for second opinion to another doctor who is also corrupted?

The fact is that there is no moral standard in our country. We can't have honest and sincere individuals in any trade or profession. where will we get them from?

This is a pertinent point with which I agree. Moral bankruptcy  is very much prevalent in this country.
