A lot of work is done on air pollution and the public health burden, but noise just never seems to get the same consideration,

hazardous noise levels - a risk factor for high blood pressure and heart disease.

The Puja season in India is a good example for High noise levels.

The noise is very digusting.  The very loud music in marriage and religious functions is so annoying.  Palpitation of heart increases on such noise. Even pet animals hardly bear such big noise.

In addition to this during Puja season, in India the blaring mikes will pierce your eardrum  which leads to deafness.

Noise pollution is extremely bad and it affects mental state, but due to advent of urbanization advent of sound pollution is there at all times.

Noise pollution is everywhere be it in the urban or rural area.. It's more in the festive seasons.

But people don't understand it especially the temples where people sing bhajans on loud speaker I don't know what do they get it by doing so. God listens if they do sing bhajans without it also.

Perhaps these devotees think God is Deaf

The day man invents machines, it starts the sounds and throughput provides plenty of noise populations, machines distracts humans from living into normal life conditions.

High decibel levels like in Pop Music behind which people are crazy causes deafness which is irrevocable.
