Many of the ways to bust the stress are being practiced by me since long. I add one more to the list. Yoga is one of the proven methods for getting rid of Stress.

During one of training session, few years back, I was introduced to an alternative form of meditation to remove stress in workplaces, known as mindfulness based stressed reduction which is basically based upon the concept of Buddhist meditation technology especially of Tibetan clan, it helps me to learn about the world and to know it on my way so as to reduce work related stress in long way.

Meditation definitely is one of the way to relax mind and is applied by people. Even I too do that.  The best thing is one doesn't need a teacher to teach it.

In orde to reduce stress, i alway prefer myself to engage in some intetested activity like playing games or going outside.

Yes. The idea is to divert your mind and engage yourself in an activity that you like. Indirectly you are forcing your mind towards some other think that is not the thing that bored you. I agree. This diversion also helps.

Stress or tension mean the same thing. If you lot of responsibility and work, stress is unavoidable. What matters is the strength to bear stress.  Proper scheduling, planning, punctuality and delegation is the way to remove stress in these circumstances.

With proper planning and sticking to effective time management, stress can be easily conquered.

I do not think time management has any relation with managing stress, if you have experience let know.

Very much related. If you procrastinate, it adds more burden to you and the stress levels increase.
