Most of systems, whether it is Judicial system or our educational system is still following the rules laid by Britishers. Britishers laid rules which are in their favor and abolished those which doesn't suit them.

Everywhere in India the condition of judicial system is same. It's not only money power but political interference too playing a mighty role in rendering the judicial system weak and ineffective.

well the court decision might be the correct one but it is manipulated one which forces the court to give decision in culperate favour

Sure. It is obvious that due to political interference many cases are lying pending without any decision for years and generations together.

There is a need to review our judicial system. Justice should be given quickly and purely based on evidences, not on the basis of money and power.

What will you review. Justice is done on basis of evidence only. who said that courts decide according to money.  Money pays indirect role everywhere.  Courts act on evidence and plea.  But money plays role by way of corrupt practices. Money can help you manipulate evidence. even at policce station level, FIR can be manipulated by money power. All this is not in the domain of judicial system. This is in fact a matter of honesty or corruption and cost of legal proceedings. A rich man can hire better advocates. and also bribe the police and court clerks.

Why blame the British and their system after 68 years of freedom ? They laid rules according to their convenience and if we have any sense we change them, which has been done from time to time...There are laws that are helpful etc but in a corrupt state of affairs corruption and clout plays the leading role thereby denying justice to those who have no voice !

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

It is an undeniable fact that most of our laws are framed during the British rule. Rulers are reluctant to change them. It is highly essential to create new acts in tune with the present conditions.
