I agree. Once intended to live retired life in some hilly area or near sea shore.  Proximity to natural environment is key to peace of mind as well as good health. .

Walking in nature strengthens your memory power. It also leads to creativity. For me Morning walks became an integral part of my life.

Living closer to nature is very beneficial to our health. People who are living in villages and works in farms have stronger immunity system than the people living in crowded city in pollution.

Yes.Not only strong health, nature walk will boost your memory and creativity.

Walking anywhere is a healthy habit and definitely sharpens our mind and senses...Within the city of course you have to put up with noise, dust, smoke - you name it , so where is the time to look and learn anything! If you have the luxury of having a park with trees or some open space close to your home you are lucky, otherwise you have to make do with what you have.Thankfully in my city, there is greenery everywhere, in fact when you look down at the city from air you hardly see any buildings because there is so much of green covering and the pollution levels are minimal. But in large cities the authorities need to make provisions to develop green areas in all residential areas which is very essential..

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

all we learn or all we got today we got it from the nature only so its the master if we see master we will surely be the student of her

Nature is a great teacher. It throws itself before us, saying, "Come on human, learn from me. But remember, not to destroy me or defy me or demolish me." Wisdom lies in honoring the nature.

Nature walk is indeed a learning experience but only if you take time to observe and really take in your surroundings. It is a great stress buster and boosts your mind and body both!
