Here the session courts are closed for just 4 weeks during summer and 2 weeks during Dasara and even during that period there is a vacation court which functions for all emergency cases ...

That is for supreme court whereas most of the proceedings are done by sessions court and I have a property case going on there since 14 years, so I am aware of all their vacation dates..

No country ever recognizes or accepts the spies working on her behalf. In fact, all countries use spies to get information from other countries secretly. when caught, their country does not accept them. A few days back, somebody escaped from Pakistan prison also claimed that he was sent by Indian govt. but no use/  In fact, the life of secret agents is more risky and least recognizable. -

Life of secret agents are certainly risky. But the secret agents are aware of the risks. They must remain committed to the agencies which recruit them. The perks are very high for the risks the secret agents are undertaking.

There is a difference between a secret agent and a terrorist ! Secret agents who do espionage work have the risk of being caught and it is a known fact that their own government will deny any knowledge of their existence . However, the fellow caught yesterday is a pakistani Islamic terrorist by his own admission and it is also true that Pakistan has been getting help from USA to fight terrorism since they have been at the receiving end too...Their denial only goes to show their double standards where terrorism is concerned - ISI aided terrorism against India is OK but when it happens within their territory things are different ...It has been their standard reaction which goes to show a rogue nation trying its level best to shirkk all responsibility.

No country agrees that it is creating terror activities in another country. It is the skill of the affected country's politicians, intelligence agencies, defence forces etc to convince te world of the truth or have the courage to fight it out alone decisively. We are all the time simply collecting proof and shouting that once again Pakistan is responsible. Does the world care. It will if we show retaliatory guts. Much was expected from BJP govt. so far it is same response as before.
