Along with the files many other revelations have come up especially the fact that Subash Chandra Boses death details were kept hidden and that he was being spied on by Nehru and the congress party !

Yes. its true. Nehru spied for 20 years on Netaji. Earlier it was a speculation. And now it has been confirmed.

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose lived a mysterious life since he left India in disguise. He formed Azad Hind Army of INA (Indian National army) constituted of British Indian soldiers in captivity of Axis power forces.  Bose expected that the allied powers namely USA, Britain, France, China, Soviet Union would be vanquished and with the victorious Axis powers- namely Italy, Japan and Germany, he would free India. But thiongs did not move as he would like.  The Axis powers were vanquished. It is natural that being an active part of the Axis powers, the allied powers would consider him a war criminal.  Even after independence, India continues as a member of Common Wealth led by Britain. Nehru had no option but to cooperate with Britain and other allied powers. So Subhash Candra Bose would not appear in public and had to remain in hiding. Possibly, this is the reason why his death in plane crash was announced.

Anyhow, i'm glad that these Netaji files are released and made available to the public viewing.

It is but natural that Congress party and its supporters would downplay the incident and cast shadows on Bose's reputation, what a pity ! The IB reported directly to Nehru , so there is no doubt that he was responsible for all his actions in an independent India..

May be out of duress and fear to oppose the British, the then rulers, Nehru must have kept Netaji under surveillance. It's just my my suspicion. Of course, Congress will not be happy opening of Netaji's files for public viewing.
