Since it is in Hindi I did not read the article because I am not very fluent in Hindi, if you have the same in English please post the link here ! However, I too find that reading newspaper is one habit that really kick starts my day ..

They say, Your Morning routines will set the tone for the day. I for one strongly believe in this. I go for a brisk walk. A walk boosts your mood. Studies revealed a brisk walk makes you feel good. it releases endorphin, reduces stress and anxiety. This prepares you  face any UPs and DOWNs  encountered during the day.

 

Its true that if you read some positive in the morning, it helps you to think positive whole day and you will try to do some positive work.

It is true that if we can start our day by reading or watching positive news, it will keep good the whole day. I read newspaper every morning, but unfortunately it has a glut of bad news, because it is the reflection of the world around me.  So, as soon as I wake up the first thing I do is to repeat a silent positive affirmation that today is going to be a good day. The two minute self-submission will spread positive vibes for 24 hours. 

Morning is the best time for meditation, reading, writing and doing exercise. Researchers proved that if we spend three minutes in the early morning for reading or watching positive news, the whole day will be positive for us and we will be more energetic and will be in positive thinking. 

Exactly. I generally utilize my early hours of  morning for practicing my art. Then I go for a walk. On the whole, most of my creative works are done in the peaceful and tranquil hours of the morning.

 

But the sad part is Indian news agencies give priority to negative news. If some bad incident happened then the news channels and news portals shows the news repeatedly. But if some good thing has happened then most of news channels doesn't show it with priority and news papers publish positive news in corner.

Luckily for me, my News paper comes late. News paper is not the only way to  create a positive mood. Doing a work that one loves , is also capable of bringing positive mood. Of course, it varies from individual to individual.

 

When you read a newspaper, you will get less positive and more negative news. Negative news have more news value and so dominate the newspaper space.  Most of us don't have sufficient time in morning to read newspaper in depth. Personally, I just see headlines and sub headings in entire newspaper just in fifteen minutes.

Reading Holy Books in the morning is one of the best ways to think positively. All words in the Holy Books are meaningful and so our entire day will be peaceful without stresses and worries. We also can watch our favorite religious channel from television if we get time in the morning.
