Nowadays, in every crime we get to see that there is one or more than one juvenile is involved. Should they be left free only because they are juveniles though they are murderers, rapists, burglars and what not? In Delhi a dentist got killed by juveniles on a trivial issue which once again made me think why a criminal be treated lightly even after a heinous crime just because he/she is a juvenile. Yes the age should be brought down to 12 years for being punished for crimes as adults.

Juvenile criminals should be treated and punished like an adult criminals. If juvenile can understand and commit murders or rapes then it means he/she is not juvenile, they understand what is right and wrong. Such criminals should be punished as adults are.

No, they shouldn't be treated as an adult because they are not mature enough to distinguish between wrong and right

Mostly the juvenile crimes are related to low income groups. It is necessary to impart proper schooling and education to such potential juvenile criminals. Many children don't go to school but begin working with adults in restaurants, vehicle repair shops. They mix with adults since very childhood and lose their innocence. It is necessary to tackle the kissue from social and psychological angle.

It is right that crimes by juveniles are not only problem of law and order, it is also social and psychological problem. Courts must be consider this fact while deciding cases of juveniles.

I think that the juvenile crimes are the psychological crimes and that should treated very patently and calmly.we shouldn't treat them as intensional criminals.

Go and ask the family members of the victims, what they think about juvenile criminals who ruined their lives. No one is saying that the jail authorities should stop trying for their transformation but it should be done during rigorous imprisonment and they must not be left free in the open. They should know how nasty they acted and must be made to repent but if they do not get strong punishment then they will never realise.

The problem has been too much consideration by the law that has gone on to embolden certain type of deviant youngsters , who commit all kinds of  extremrly violent crimes like rape and murder. They should be shown no mercy whatsoever and given adult punishment.

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!
