Once Sattu was known only in Bihar and a few other States . That was an old story. Now Sattu is well known in most of the other States with the Brand name " Swastik Sattu"

I don't know much but once I ate at a friend's place sattu balls and aloo chokka it was very delicious. I eat roasted chole  like that for snacks it is delicious enough for me.

This is education for me as I have never heard of this food. Can you describe it a little more.

Please post where did you eat the items you mentioned in your post and describe the recipe if possible. By the way which state you belong to and where do you live currently?

Sattu is a common food in eastern and some parts of northern Indian states made of barley and gram. Good especially during summers as these are healthy and keep body cool.
