Government / censor-board should take care of all this.

As an individual we can blacklist those movies/actors/directors and do not watch or promote them in future. I am even boycotting few biased TV channels.
One day, this will become a movement and then they learn some lessions from it.

I never felt that the censor board worked at all. Its just a sham.

But I have seen that that contraversory movie gets block bluster hit just because people like to watch the movie to now the truth of contraversory

People are driven to a wrong path if they are lured towards momentary pleasures that are mostly sadistic (feeling pleasure out of seeing others in pain) ones.

It is "controversy" not "contraversory".("contro" means "against" and "versy" means "to turn";hence it means "to turn against")

I agree that there are many controversial movies,they may be done for varied reasons such as,

1.The race to gain "negative publicity",so that they can 'stay on top of the charts'and earn 'fast money'
2.The urge to put down another society or another parallel lineage of cinema
3.To bring about the hidden enmity among different sections of society/people

Well,we cannot solely blame the censor board,because firstly these movies are made by us then it is sent for censorship.

To avoid these kind of movies,what we can do is teach our children good moral values and the niche to help and respect others.This way when they are citizens and movie makers,they do not create any controversial movies(if it is their line of work).

Lemme tell you my way of thinking... :)
there are two ways to get fame/money/business in the movies industry.
1. if you have genuine and good story line, you can make a big hit.
2. Negative strategy:- if you don't have good stuff in story line, and thinking for success , obviously they will hit with "controversy" . cuz once you are entering into the market with "controversy" , media will highlight and you will get publicity.
for curiosity sake people entertain those kind of movies.

So until unless producers/Directors/Actors have to realize themselves. NOBODY is gonna stop "controversy" movies..
