    no...terrorism in any form cannot be justified....we should try to reduce the terrorism...not increase it.....

    Terrorism should be curbed ruthlessly but lawfully. There is adequate law to deal with terrorists. We only have to strengthen the police administration and management and the judiciary. There should be no room for laxity.

    Gulshan ji It is true that lawful way is good rather than terrorism but it is delayed too much as we have seen in the case of Kasib who have brutally murdered so many innocent lifes. Meanwhile human activies also objuct that the convicted should not be give death sentence as it is in-human act especially in India. The real root of terrorism is still not touched anywhere due to such laws which take lot of things into consideration before giving death sentence.

There should be greater efficiency in collecting evidence, prosecution and passing judgment. There should be separate bench in High court and supreme court for deciding these cases quickly.

    Terrorism in any form and means is cruel and inhuman. Government is there to fight against them and provide us safety. Adhere to this, some responsibility lies on us also.
    Terrorism kills only innocent people.

    i personally think that this is the order of the day....i believe that kasab will be still in the jail for even 10 years from now.
